Processing and Shipping
At Prettyfeet Creations, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped promptly. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. However, if you have placed a personalized order, please allow 7 to 8 working days for your order to be processed and shipped due to the additional time required for customization.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 3 to 10 days for it to arrive at your doorstep. If your items have not shipped yet, please do not worry. Sometimes, we may take a little longer than expected to ship out your order, but rest assured, we will ensure it is shipped in time to meet the expected delivery date.
Missing Orders

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over ₹999. For orders below ₹999, the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring you know the cost before completing your purchase.

To keep you updated on the status of your order, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can aslo check 'My Order' section in your account after placing the order to see the tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment and know exactly when to expect your package.
